We’ve taken our Wooden Ships Red Ale extract kit and turned it into a partial mash kit. We think that by replacing some of this ships planks, so to speak, you will be able to get the most out of the flaked rye which gives this beer a distinct flavor. The earthy piney hops as well as the tannic oak chips round out this complex yet balanced red ale.

This all-grain red ale kit comes with yeast, select which you'd like to use from the above list. The dry yeast will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
